I had mixed feelings about my stay. While the hotel was clean and the location was really convenient, the room had some issues, including a view blocked by a tree and visible mold near the A/C. The staff were friendly, but the dining options were quite limited and not very appealing. Overall, it was decent for the price, but definitely not ideal.

The room I booked was okay, but I had requested a river view and got a large tree blocking it instead. There was also a noticeable smell of mold, and I found black mold near the A/C register, which was quite concerning. On the plus side, it was clean.

The service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I felt they could improve a bit by being more welcoming instead of looking at guests like strangers.

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for accessing the train station and it’s just a short distance to the main attractions in Ayutthaya. There’s a 24/7 convenience store just outside, which is a bonus.

I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant.
